Consumer Product Warranty
Allen Ave. products are covered by a One Year Limited Warranty against workmanship defects. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion for a nominal fee. Allen Ave. reserves the right to make all determination as to the use of this policy. Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time are not covered by this warranty.
Returns
You must notify Allen Ave. Designs before attempting a return. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. You must have a Return Merchandise Return (RMA) before returning merchandise. Please contact us at service@allenave.com with the nature of the return. We will provide an RMA # and shipping instructions.
Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. All items must be unopened and in salable condition.
All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee and shipping costs.
If you purchased Allen Ave. merchandise from a retailer or online store other than allenave.com, you must return the merchandise directly to them. No unauthorized returns will be accepted or refunded by us.
