Minimum Order Quantity
Opening Order: $200.00
Reorders: $150.00
Orders must observe designated case pack quantities. Allen Ave.
reserves the right to adjust quantity ordered to meet our requirements
or apply a $10.00 USD handling charge for each broken case pack
quantity. We will not break case pack quantities without applying
handling charges.
Payment Method
New Accounts: First orders must be prepaid. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Net Terms:
Please complete a Credit Application form and return to
acct@allenave.com or fax to (866) 714.3692. Please allow 7 to 10
business days for processing.
Order Processing
We will ship orders within 48 hrs.
Orders that require specified ship dates, please indicate at the time
of ordering. For items that are out of stock, unless otherwise
requested, we will ship orders as ready and backorder any items not in
stock. We will ship backorders when it becomes available.
We ship via UPS Ground Service to the Continental United States. For
International orders, air service or special shipping and handling,
please contact us to make arrangements. Freight charges are calculated
based on weight and destination.
Returns
Please examine your shipment upon
arrival. All claims must be made with our Customer Service Dept. within
(10) days of receipt. For damages, you must save the original shipping
carton with tracking label and all packing material for inspection by
the carrier. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your claim.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt. Allen Ave. will
not accept any return or exchange without an RMA# written on the box.
Return merchandise must have original tags and packaging. Return items
must not show signs of use or contain retailer markings and stickers.
Returns and exchanges over 30 days are subject to 20% restocking fee.
Ship returns and exchanges prepaid after obtaining RMA# . Shipping and
handling on returned merchandise is non refundable.
Consumer Product Warranty
Allen Ave. products are covered by a
Five Year Limited Warranty against workmanship defects. Products found
to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion for a
nominal fee. Allen Ave. reserves the right to make all determination as
to the use of this policy. Products failing due to normal wear and
tear, abuse, accidents or natural breakdown of materials over extended
use and time are not covered by this warranty. Allen Ave. will not
accept any return or exchange without a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA #) written on the return. All returns must include a
proof of purchase receipt from an Authorized Allen Ave. dealer.
