Design Process
A first idea is rarely the finished idea. It is just a beginning point to creating the best product

Stage 1 – Research and Ergonomics
We begin by learning and building our understanding of your necessities. By thorough research and assessment of consumer trends, markets and brands, we compile an archive study in regards to our clients needs. Careful attention will be made to the project in terms of current product trends, marketability, design aesthetic and manufacturing. This phase allows us to fully understand your needs and expectations.

Stage 2 – Conception and Design
We organically begin the design process based on our research and collaborations with your vision. We analytically and intuitively draft out various sketches and concepts. At this beginning stage, we present concepts that begin to form a telling image of the final product. Ideas will be refined and clear solutions will materialize. It is at this phase of design that we begin to see the connection between you and the customer.

Stage 3 - Visualization
Our best designs have always flourished from our relationships with our clients. To ensure we are developing the best and most viable product possible, we depend on feedback and open dialogue with our clients. We begin to translate concepts into visualized detail files and important addition and modifications rendered into photo realistic imagery to evaluate the cosmetic appeal and working functionality.

Stage 4 – Sampling and Prototyping
During final design and engineering, all crucial requirements and measures are inspected before sampling and prototyping.

 Stage 5 – Production
Together with our clients, we begin the most significant phase of the project. Allen Ave. Designs has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and delivery of numerous finished goods. Our product diversity enables has to have valuable insight in the challenges and problems that can arise.
